1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "bq44", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the bq44 platform and its operating entity, accessible at bq44.io.
• "Platform" — means the bq44 website, mobile browser interface, all associated services, games, betting markets, and software available at bq44.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who has registered a bq44 account or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the registered user profile created by a Player upon completing the bq44 registration process.
• "Balance" — the total of real-money funds held in a Player's bq44 Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless explicitly stated.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded by bq44 that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be staked on eligible games or markets before a withdrawal request may be submitted.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bq44 Platform, registering an Account, or placing any wager or making any deposit, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the bq44 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bq44. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full before using the Platform.

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

3.1 Minimum Age

3.2 Jurisdiction

3.3 Age Verification Process

Players who are unable to satisfactorily verify that they meet the minimum age requirement will have their Account suspended pending verification, and any pending withdrawals will be placed on hold. If a player is found to be under 21 years of age, their Account will be permanently closed and all associated funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

3.4 One Account Per Player

Each player may only maintain one active bq44 Account. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

4 Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration Requirements

To register a bq44 Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change.

4.2 KYC Verification

bq44 implements a mandatory KYC process before processing any withdrawal request. KYC verification may also be triggered at other points during the Account lifecycle at bq44's discretion, including but not limited to: upon detection of unusual account activity, upon request from a regulatory authority, or when a player's cumulative deposits exceed specified thresholds.

Required KYC documents typically include:

• A clear copy or photograph of a valid government-issued photo ID (NID, passport, or driving licence)
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence confirming your residential address (dated within 90 days)

4.3 Accuracy of Information

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC is a serious breach of these Terms. bq44 reserves the right to immediately suspend the Account, withhold any pending withdrawals, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bq44 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. bq44 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred Bangladeshi Taka) or the equivalent in INR. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and the player's Account verification status. bq44 reserves the right to apply additional deposit limits at its discretion.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket are credited to the player's bq44 Account balance in real time upon confirmation of the payment network transaction. Visa and Mastercard deposits may take up to 30 minutes to be reflected in the Account balance. bq44 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network outages.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The player's Account must have passed KYC verification.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be fulfilled in full before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction.
• bq44 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or outside the player's normal activity pattern.

5.5 Currency Conversion

Players who hold BDT Accounts and receive winnings denominated in INR (or vice versa) may be subject to a currency conversion at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of settlement. bq44 does not charge a conversion fee but the interbank exchange rate applied may differ from published mid-market rates.

5.6 Third-Party Payments

Deposits from payment methods not registered in the player's own name are strictly prohibited. bq44 will reject and return any deposit identified as originating from a third-party payment source. Players found to be using third-party funds may have their Account suspended pending investigation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by bq44 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before they may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be specified in the promotion terms for each offer. Wagering on certain game categories (for example, live dealer table games, certain jackpot slots) may contribute less than 100% toward fulfilling the Wagering Requirement, as detailed in the promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Validity Period

All bonuses have a defined validity period during which the Wagering Requirement must be completed. Bonus funds that remain unconverted at the expiry of the validity period will be automatically removed from the player's Account without prior notification.

6.4 Abuse of Promotions

bq44 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close Accounts where it determines that promotions have been abused. Indicators of promotion abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer more than once, systematic low-risk betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, and collusion between players.

7 Betting Rules & Game Play

7.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the bq44 Platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their selections — including the event, market, stake, and odds — before confirming a wager. bq44 will not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances where bq44 determines that an obvious pricing error has occurred.

7.2 Odds and Pricing

bq44 reserves the right to correct obvious errors in published odds or prices at any time before or after bet settlement. Where a bet has been accepted at a clearly incorrect price (a "palpable error"), bq44 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's Account balance.

7.3 Void Bets

Bets may be voided in the following circumstances: event cancellation or postponement beyond the defined settlement window; match abandonment; obvious pricing errors; integrity concerns raised by the relevant sports governing body; or technical errors resulting in bets being accepted outside permitted parameters.

7.4 Settlement of Bets

All cricket and sports bets are settled based on the official result as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, BCCI). Live in-play bets are settled based on the state of play at the time the bet was placed, not at the time it was received by our servers. All settlement times are referenced in Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6).

7.5 Casino Game Rules

Casino and slot games operated on the bq44 Platform are governed by the rules of the respective game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and others). In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected game round will be voided and the wager returned to the player's balance. bq44 accepts no liability for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of the rules of any casino game.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bq44 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC, or Account operation.
• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting based on non-public information.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from known software errors must be reported to bq44 support and will be voided.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful source.
• Attempting to circumvent or reverse-engineer any security, fraud detection, or KYC system operated by bq44.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gambling.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your bq44 Account.

9 Account Security

9.1 Player Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bq44 Account username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity that occurs under your Account credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you.

9.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must contact bq44 support immediately at [email protected]. bq44 will take reasonable steps to secure the Account upon receiving such notification, but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access that occurs prior to notification.

9.3 Two-Factor Authentication

bq44 offers optional SMS OTP two-factor authentication for all Accounts. Players are strongly encouraged to enable this feature. bq44 will never contact you by email, SMS, or live chat to request your Account password or OTP code. Any such communication should be treated as fraudulent and reported to bq44 support.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the bq44 Platform — including but not limited to software code, website design, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, and data feeds — is the intellectual property of bq44 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. No player or third party is permitted to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the bq44 Platform without the prior written consent of bq44.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is used by bq44 under licence. 11.3 Gambling Risk Acknowledgement

By using the bq44 Platform you acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk, that you may lose some or all funds deposited, and that outcomes of games and sporting events are uncertain. bq44 accepts no liability for any financial loss you incur through use of the Platform. 12 Responsible Gaming

13 Suspension & Termination

13.1 bq44 Right to Suspend

bq44 reserves the right to suspend a player's Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, irregular betting patterns, or any conduct that bq44 considers harmful to the integrity of the Platform or its other players.

13.2 Consequences of Termination

Upon permanent termination of an Account for breach of these Terms, bq44 reserves the right to void all pending bets, forfeit all bonus balances, and withhold real-money balances pending investigation. Real-money balances determined to be legitimately won and free from any breach will be returned to the player via the original deposit payment method after the investigation is concluded, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

13.3 Player-Initiated Account Closure

Players may request to close their bq44 Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure (subject to completed KYC and withdrawal conditions) will be returned to the player via the registered payment method.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable international online gaming standards and the laws applicable to bq44's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the bq44 customer support escalation process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent bq44 from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in order to protect its legitimate business interests pending the outcome of any arbitration proceeding.
